Luke Barlow - Composer / Musician

Raised in Scotland, educated at Guildhall School of Music and Drama as a composer.  Luke is a true blue Jazzer and improviser, his main instrument is piano but we have persuaded him to dig out his saxophone for But Beautiful.  He plays frequently around London with various bands, including The Luke Barlow Band, the highly acclaimed Nøught, and many others.  He recently started a record company to release his music, called Copepod Records.  

Luke toured with SDC in 2001 and 2002, and his work with us has been described as: “Brilliant, as well as atavistic”, by The Scotsman.
